Hello, Verify that the camera is armed. The motion detection icon in the Devices tab should be black, not gray. Thank you , I've managed to fix the problem by removing the battery from the camera, removing the device from the system and then setting it up again. Thanks. Hello, Arlo offers two CVR plans: One plan enables 14 days of continuous recording, and the other plan enables 30 days of continuous recording. Note: Arlo does not currently support downloading CVR videos; you can only watch them from the cloud. CVR is not available for Arlo Pro or Arlo Wire-Free cameras. Thanks.
