From the Roku player:
Using a Roku remote that has a * button, on the Roku home screen, browse for and highlight the Lifetime Movie Club channel.
Then press the * button on your remote control.
Select "Manage Subscription" from the options menu.
Select Cancel Subscription from the next screen.

Setting Up A Roku Device
Once you get a Roku device, the setup procedure is easy:

Create a user, password, and address information, and also a credit card or PayPal Account number. There is no charge for using Roku devices, but payment information is requested to make it quick and easy to make content rental payments, purchases, or pay additional subscription fees if needed.
If you have a Roku TV, additional items, such as verification of an antenna or cable TV connection and channel scanning will be included in the setup procedure.

If you don't you will create a 'local' Roku account not a US one.
Go to www.roku.com/us.
Click the link to sign in.
Go to 'Create Account'.
'Step 1' - You need to fill in the email address you want to use and the password for the Roku account.
'Step 2' - Enter a PIN to authorise purchases on the Roku store.

Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI-In port on your surround receiver.
Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI-Out or HDMI port on your DirecTV receiver.
Insert the red and white connectors on one end of the cable to the color-coded Audio-Out jacks on your DirecTV receiver.
